At iPawPlay, we understand that receiving your gear promptly is as important as the quality of the products. This policy outlines how we handle delivery, from processing to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are typically processed within 2 business days.
- Processing begins once payment is confirmed and inventory is verified.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates (Australia)
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia, with no minimum spend required.
- Transit Time: 8–14 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: 9–17 business days (Processing + Transit).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours of shipment. If your tracking shows no updates for 5 or more business days, please contact us immediately.
4. Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. iPawPlay is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout to avoid delays or cancellations.
Address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order.
5. Customs and Import Duties
For any international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no charge or provide a full refund. If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a prompt resolution.
